I grew up watching my parents run one of Orlando's top-producing real estate teams — dinner-table conversation was listings, closings, and how to treat clients right. After a business degree from Rollins College and years as an entrepreneur and investor, I did the only thing that ever made sense: I built my own practice on the same foundation.

Today that practice covers the whole journey — buying, selling, investing, and property management. As an active investor with a construction and remodeling background, I look at every property the way I'd look at my own money: what it's worth, what it could be worth, and what it'll cost to get there.
